Welcome to Anya’s Adventures in a Pilates! Our goal is to get you excited about your fitness journey!
Pilates is great for people just starting on that journey or those who want to compliment what they are already doing for their fitness routine. It is all about Core strengthening and focused muscle movements. Core strength & flexibility benefits you in so many avenues of everyday life, as well as providing support for vigorous types of fitness training. Plus the focus required in Pilates has helped many to find a release for anxiety and mind chaos.
Our classes are in studio as well as out of doors to encourage you to feel that exercise should be enjoyable and accessible in many ways. We hope in addition to our Mat classes that we will soon be able to offer SUP or Stand up Paddle board Pilates combo classes at the local lake or our beautiful ocean. Stay tuned for that!
